Tips on Cabinets

If you have a room that is multi-functioning (I think we all have at least one of those rooms!) designed cabinetry is great and performs a number of functions.  Closed cabinets are perfect for hiding things such as media components, movies, CD's, board games, and toys. Open shelves are best for displaying collectibles, books, and photographs.  And if you have a nice, new flat screen tv, you'll want to show that off on the open shelves with the cabinets flanking it on either side to create a nice focal point with the cabinetry, and to soften all of that technology.

Stay tuned for tomorrow when we post one of our latest jobs we just finished - a family room transformation.  We took a family room and transformed it into a beautifully functioning room, complete with built-in cabinetry and new furniture that suits the needs of gathering, watching tv, reading, and more.  Check back so you can take a look at it and let us know what you think!
